Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. For the safety of our clients, we maintain records of any health or medical conditions which may indicate that a particular service or treatment should not go ahead (eg allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions) or a particular product should not be used (products, etc). These health records are not used for any other purpose. Client records are held securely within our salon software system and can only be seen by members of the salon team.​​​​

Health & Safety Policy

Please ensure that if you know you have a cold, covid or any other contagious sickness, you rebook or reschedule your appointment. this is a health hazard for not only our therapists but other clients that come into the salon,

Before arriving to your appointment you will receive a consultation form which will be sent either to your mobile number or designated email. It would be much appreciated if you could fill out this form prior to your appointment so we can assess your needs and help provide the best service possible. 

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

No cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

Our policy is that if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice we will not have enough time to fully complete the service, however, we will try our hardest to get as much as we can do in the designated time.

No-showing your appointment:

If you do not show up to your appointment (15 minutes past your booked time and you have been contacted) and without any communication as to why you can't attend your appointment, you will be required to pay the FULL amount for the service.

Same-day cancellation fee:

Less than 24 hours notice is classified as a same-day cancellation, however, this results in only the deposit to be taken.

If you ever think you are going to be running late please just contact us.
